Apologies if this has been asked before, I did a search but couldn't find the answer I was looking for.

I'm wondering if it's possible to create a custom name list for Planets and Ships.  I imagine a mod could be developed of course, but wouldn't all parties need that same mod?  What I'm looking for is a way to have my own name lists automatically used for online and lan co-op, without everyone needing the same mod.
