OB more use CPU after run game.

Hi,
I use OB 1.90 plus build 535u
windows XP sp2
RAM 512 MB(Grafic card onboard and use 64 MB of RAM)
CPU intel 2.8 celeron
OB in "optimize for performane"
When I run some game or program (eg: "farm frenzy" find in "reflexive.com") game is slow down(not problem in shortage RAM or GPU memory)
and pointer trouble.
when I quit(not minimize) game and move mouse in dock, dock slow down and cpu usage of OB go 90 %(before running game 50 %).
I must restart OB to get true cpu usage.
I try remove all docklets and using kinds of "positioning --> intraction" options but problem not resolved.
I have another bug when right click in internet connection(in OB, not taskbar) and select disconnect, OB not any work.
