Changing characteristics for individual applications

I'm a beginner so forgive my dumb questions.  I just purchased Object Desktop Ultimate and I want to customize each application, that is, give each application its' own appearance without affecting the way other applications appear, can I do this?  If so, how?  Also, say I want to create my own skins using Skin Studio, can I use my own textures, colors, backgrounds, etc.?

yes....in fact you need to use ONLY your own if you wish to distribute the windowblind.

You can via Windowblinds config > Settings > Change the look of an app > Add per application setting
