I get motion sick while playing games sometimes, and while the actual Sins game is no problem for me (I don't rotate the camera ever), navigating the menus when the game first starts is a gut-wrenching expereince. 

Just to clarify, what I'm asking for is an option to disable the game panning and zooming around when I click buttons in the initial menu.  If this doesn't exist, I'd be very grateful if it could be added.
