window blinds applying theme to internet websites

hello there~

i have a stingy (recently) problem with my pc and i'm trying to get rid of it..

i don't know what *precisely* is the problem but apparently since my friend "generously" installed adblock plus on my pc neither mozilla or internet explorer show any styles nor images on the websites. no colour no nothing. they look just the same as my current window blinds (yes it changes when i change a theme).

i already kicked adblock plus out, but it didn't solve my problem. returning to normal vista though did. should i like reinstall window blinds or what? i'm confused now. isn't it (at least SUPPOSED TO) be just a gui override? it's really weird it messes with *everything* on the websites as well.
(yeah usually it does look well, but it has very irritating times - like google chat with transparent background, letters from behind to be seen easily or now i'm trying to choose a template for joomla and i can't - they all look the same.)

i'd really appreciate help.

WB skins all teh windows controls it can.  A control can be a button or a checkbox or whatever.
If you want, WB can be configured to exclude an app from being skinned.

bakatenko it's possible that you still may have some stuff left from adblock plus. Run a clean up program like CCleaner, also a Registry clean up program and then reboot. If that doesn't work it wouldn't hurt to uninstall and reinstall WindowBlind. Just remember to reset to default before uninstalling WBs. Uninstall, run a clean up program and reboot, reinstall WBs and reboot one more time. Hopefully that will clear up your problem. Post back so we know what happens.

Oh, and smack the hands of your friend and tell them to never do that again!  :SURPRISED:

open WB - click the 'system info' tab - click 'copy text' button - right click here and paste the info
