The serial number you have entered is not recognized

I purchased OD Ultimate last night and whenever I try to download any applications I get and error saying that the serial number I entered is not recognized.  I have validated that the # in impulse is the same as the # i received in the email.  When I try to manually enter it I get the same error.  Any ideas?

You could try registering ObjectDesktop in Stardock Central to see if that is accepted. If not, then contact [email protected] with the email used to purchase Object Desktop and they will be able to assisit you.

1 Month later but same problem for me, purchased OD (not ultimate) + WinCustomize Browser on 15th Aug.

First Impulse got stuck on connecting, fixed this by downloading full version.
Then my registrations for both OD and WC Browser were not recognized.

Support ticket opened, replied to and now WinCustomize Browser works...but OD still not. Impulse and Stardock Central doesn't accept my OD registration for deskscapes+windowblinds+iconpackager.

Ticket still open, 19th now and still waiting...
