Error message w/ icons

I WAS using XP and had no problem w/ ObjectDock.  Now I'm using Vista x64 and everytime I try to add an icon to the image folders in the OD directory, I get the following message for each icon...

!   C:\Users\Cashton\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5\8QETQNAO\Mediaplayerpng[1].zip: Cannot create media player icon 128.png
!   Access is denied.

I don't understand.  What does it mean?  Someone PLEASE help.  I really enjoy using OD.  I'd like to use again...
