windows blinds start up problem

i have recently installed windows blinds and when trying to open it says i need a reboot or to disable my protection software. i have tried this and it doesnt work it just always asks the same thing. i am running vista and have avg antivirus, any ideas that will help are appreciated. thanks

This sounds like you are attempting to install WindowBlinds after the trial period has expired. If this is not the case them please add to this post on which version you are trying to install.
