I have a 3 week old ticket now that has gone usresponded to but I know that they are backed up from Vacation so I'll wait my turn. It probably isn't personal as you think.
But then again... you have been easily ignorable.
gardenerstouch ....I'm not 'support' but my guess is you may have to be somewhat more patient.
Repeatingly sending tickets doesn't help at all...as the old ones are replaced by the new...which simply resets the 'age' of the request...in other words you're sent to the newest end of the queue...which means you're dealt with last.
I've always found, however that when I overstep the boundaries of decorum I can expect less than enthusiastic response....so it's far better to NOT put one's foot in one's mouth in the first place.
Give it/them time....I'm sure bugs/etc will be resolved.....;)
