Can't we let bygones be bygones?

Since I was exiled from Wincustomize forums a number of weeks a go for the way that I went about thrashing Stardock's crown jewel, Impulse, I have been unable to get any assistance from the techs at [email protected].  I still have three unresolved support tickets which I need some help with.  After sending them three emails apologizing for my obnoxious behavior and getting no responses, I finally figured out that they had blacklisted my email address.  I again sent them my requests and and a fourth apology via another address, and they too were ignored.  I do know that they got them because I sent one of them as a new ticket, and I received the usual automated reply.  I know I have offended the techs at Stardock support, and I am really sorry about the way I behaved, but I am still a paying customer (at least until November anyway) and hope to remain a paying customer for at least another year.  Can't we let bygones be bygones?  ;p

I have a 3 week old ticket now that has gone usresponded to but I know that they are backed up from Vacation so I'll wait my turn. It probably isn't personal as you think. :)

But then again... you have been easily ignorable. ;)

gardenerstouch ....I'm not 'support' but my guess is you may have to be somewhat more patient.

Repeatingly sending tickets doesn't help at all...as the old ones are replaced by the new...which simply resets the 'age' of the request...in other words you're sent to the newest end of the queue...which means you're dealt with last.

I've always found, however that when I overstep the boundaries of decorum I can expect less than enthusiastic response....so it's far better to NOT put one's foot in one's mouth in the first place.

Give it/them time....I'm sure bugs/etc will be resolved.....;)
