Auto hide /Hide in background

Object Dock version 1.9 free to Windows XP Home

Downloaded and installed the dock and set at top of the page

Using the vector cell:black background in transparency mode

When checking hide in background dock continues to be visible

If I check auto hide I cannot open dock to click on Icons I have to click object dock icon and open dock

What do I need to do to have dock hide in background

How can I open dock after auto hide and not have to click object dock

Be sure to save the dock you make "save current dock" as a system crash can make the dock loose
what you made,noth'n worse than having to remake it
