CAPS LOCK ISSUE

Hey guys, I know this has probably already been addressed, and I couldn't figure out how to search the forums for it but heres my issue. Any assistance is welcomed. I currently have Multiplicity (the newest pro version) installed on 4 PCs (all the same version), all of them seem to work fine, however, station 2 (secondary) often loses the CAPS LOCK capability. It functions every now and then, but unfortunately for our business users, this is not acceptable. We were wondering if there was a fix for this issue and how would I go about resolving it. Thanks again for any input.
