Help Bought the game but having some issues

Ok I bought the game in febuary and installed it on mine and a friends pc. He managed to somehow get a ICO account. Well after months of me teasing him about being a pirate he buys the game. Now he can't do anything. ICO is disconnecting him. He can't register his game on the website due to his fraudulant accout. He is getting a message that says he can't register because he already has an account under that email address.  What do we do? He also can't log in using the fraudulant account.

Did he use your cd key to register the first time? It probably doesn't accept it because he's trying to add a second registration to an already existing one.

I would contact [email protected], though I'm pretty sure installing and leaving it on a friend's PC is a EULA violation so I don't know how seriously they'll treat it. The EULA technically only allows a second install on a machine you own.

Might be the same deal with ICO, but I don't know as much of what they do there or why he wouldn't be able to log on at all, [email protected] for that.

No he didn't use my key. I do not know where he obtained a key. How ever he did and now has dual accounts I guess.

Well, the only people who can sort it out is the support guys from SD and IC, so he doesn't have much choice other to email them :P
