how do i get to go on ironclad online

i been trying over 70 times to get on ironclad online I think my serial code is wrong and I need to make sure I am putting it in right . please some person that work's on the game cause I tried almost every way posssible to put the serial number in. my email is [email protected] email me if possible. I am really getting mad. I got the game yesterday and have been trying since then.

its probably a good idea to do more than a day of playing against AI and learning how to play the game before you go online.. learned that the hard way. and are you using caps and dashes between each set of characters?
