Activating more then 1 mod??

Hi all, new game owner here.

How do u activate more then 1 mod, when i turn 1 on it says its on but then i turn on another 1 and it then says that that 1 is on, so how do i have 2 on at same time

You have to combine the files outside of the game. Otherwise there would probably be conflicting information.

Right. Unfortunately if the files are closely related, they may overlap, and as such you would need to custom edit the files so they don't crash the game. Basically if one mod says this value is 0 and the other says its 1, something's gotta give, and generally the both do, resulting in a crash. This is very unlikely to happen, but it is a fair warning.
