Registration Issues

I recently got a new computer and upgraded to Vista. Since I had to reinstall Sins, I need to repatch it. When I try to log in with my account it asks me for my key, I enter it and it says it's not valid or something about not haveing the same email address. What am I doing wrong and shouldn't already remember my previous registration?

Once your CD-key (serial) is registered it is bound to the e-mail address (account) you first used.

You'll have to contact [email protected] if you can't remember the login info for your original account.

I have a similar problem as I need to change the email adress that I registered under to a more permanent one.

Like Monk suggested, email [email protected] .. merging emails is fairly routine, they'll fix you up :)
