WB not skinning shutdown screen

Hello!
I've just reinstalled my system, with the following question-related specs:
- Windows XP Pro Fin SP3
- Club 3D Radeon 9600 XT with Catalyst 8.6 drivers
- WindowBlinds 6.11 (build 58 x86)
In the previous OS install my shutdown screen (where you select from shutdown / reboot / hibernate) was skinned ok, but now it's displaying the normal Windows shutdown screen. I can figure what the heck is wrong? Somebody help me, please
All drivers and systems ar OK, system is stable and I'm using the same skin (StealthOS) as before.
Clarification: The shutdown window is skinned as should be in StealthOS, but earlier there was an ellipse that had three buttons, now there is normal Windows shutdown dialog ...
