What Do I Use To Open The Skins I Download?

Ok i am new to this, i just downloaded the Haven DX skin that is offered on the wincustomize site but i dont know how to open it, can anyone help me?

You'll need DesktopX installed:Download
When you install that, just double-click on your downloaded file, desktopx load that .
