Unimpressed and cant find help

    Into my 2nd game playing advent - cannot find research path to upgrade fleet logistics "subliminal persuasion" and "warrior ancestry" are not on any tech tree I can find?  Obviously I am missing something - I'd appreciate some help

They're just the other fleet logistic upgrades. You need to press each upgrade button in order.

me dum. so I have to press the first upgrade button... (i thought i was started with it since it was illuminated... thanks very much and i will get back to my lessons...(playing CIV4BTS in the meantime)
