Activated Windowblinds but can't open it

So I regisqtered windowblinds 6, but that frame that says "you need to restart the computer in order for windowblinds to work etc." keeps coming up. I restarted the computer xxx times, it doesn't help. Also: use additional memory doesn't help me out either.

So can anybody help me out? damn I'll be happy when this works

deactivate your security apps and reinstall. They are preventing stuff from being written to your PC.
