More Fleet Capacity

I really want to know if you could add more fleet capacity i want to build more capital ships but can only have one right now and dont know why.

Go to the Research screen, click on Fleet Logistics, and upgrade your Supply level.

For more Capital Ships, you'll also have to upgrade the other line in Fleet Logistics.
