Anybody else experiencing problems with Paypal

Hey All.

I Purchased Twilight of the Arnor and paid via paypal, the money was withdrawn from my account but a purchase was never registered with Stardock, i did not receive any serial numbers and i can not download the addon, i sent mail to [email protected] a week ago but nobody has replied, i expect lousy customer service from EA, but not from Stardock.

Anyone else had this issue, am i missing something ?, Please advise.

IMHO, Paypal sucks!

Even though a lot of people have good luck with, several of my friends/relatives have had poor luck with it. For example, my mother wanted to use it with a credit card, but, they wanted her checking acct # also. EVERYTHING she purchased using paypal came out of checking. After several overdraft charges, we decided any other way to pay would be better.

Are you sure your ISP is not treating our mail as spam and junking it before it gets to you (some do)?

Also, if you've purchased via paypal, the game will be linked to your paypal email address rather than the email you use here, if they're different. You will need to contact [email protected] and request they merge the two emails in that case.

Hi.

Yes i am sure the mail is the same, i checked my spam folder several times and there is nothing there, also when i ask stardock to email me the serial numbers i only get the titles i purchased previously.

I am soo frustrated, i canceled my account with paypal this morning and i am downloading the update via bittorrent now, sad that it has to be this way.

And why haven't i even received a reply from Stardock after mailing twice ?

It would have made more sense to reply back right away if the above suggestions did not help, and we could look into it further, rather than being frustrated for a week then downloading a pirate copy. If email will not work for whatever reason, PM me the email address(es) you used, and I can have the issue looked into today.
