What site did you find it on?

Was the owner of the screenshot identified?

Did they say where they found the elements to make the dekstop?

found on google

but it originated from 4peeps.com

the owner said he used "windowblinds" so i came here but i didnt find it

'used WindowBlind' doesn't necessarily mean it started as a WB skin or that it's an available skin

untold pain did use WB - folder has quite a few desktop shots showing skins by dangeruss, lypnjtu, pixtudio, etc

but looking at the start panel, parts seem off

as though it's work in progress or possibly a ported vs that needs tweaking
