Rock and a hard place campaign

Hi all

I am in the campaign helping the Iconians stay alive. I have met 100% of the victory conditions but the game still goes on? Am I missing something?

Have you offered an alliance to the iconians? If they do not have that Tech, then give it to them and then, without closing the dip screen, offer them an alliance. You might have to sweeten the pot too.
