FITNESS TRAINING IN PARADISE AT KINGSCLIFF AUSTRALIA

EAGLES FOR COMPANY

http://www.geocities.com/trainyou888
Had some wonderful training sessions this week on the creek at Kingscliff. A "sit-on" double kayak is a wonderful training tool. When I take the rear seat I can keep the kayak headed in the right direction if my client gets distracted by the wildlife that keeps us company. It is wonderul therapy watching a family of sea eagles looking for fish all around us. There are many wading and diving birds both watching and participating in a neverending display of nature at work. At the end of an hour being part of the paradise that is Kingscliff even the most tense businessperson can unwind. Say g'day at my email, [email protected] if you want to experience this type of training. Robert. Personal Trainer.

G'day Leo. Good to hear from you. We are having some rain for a change here at Kingscliff. Training goes on as usual. I have a very enthusiastic mob that turn up for the Walking Clubs every session no matter what the weather is like. We've had quite a few wales go past lately. Always something good to see if you keep your eyes open.
Excellent news about your program, a client from Brisbane has lost over 14 kgs now. You are catching him fast!
All the best to you and yours, have an extra bowl of wonton soup for me.

Since I wrote this we've had 12 inches of rain. There's a lot of little fish floating belly up, perhaps because of the sudden influx of fresh water. Run-off from acidic soil may also cause a fish kill. The local birds are very happy.
