can't re-install Object Desktop Ultimate after re-format

Sadness (:(

I had a massive system crash and had to do a complete reformat and re-install after XP-sp3. Problem is, I cant get Object Desktop Ultimate to re-install on my new system. I am getting Sys32 errors when I attempt to run the download. I purchased and registered the programs before the crash and have the links and serial numbers still in my e-mail archives, however the link is broken and when I go to my acct record to download it, I get an error message. Could one of the techs assist me?

Have you downloaded and installed Impulse? http://storage.stardock.com/files/Impulse_setup.exe

Enter in your email and serial and see if that works.
