Probs when exiting game

Hey--just bought Sins.  When I exit the program or when I initially clicked to update the program, screen appeared that the refresh was all screwed up--you know--the lines moving all over the place.  I'm using vista and a gforce 7900.  It forces me to press the reset button on my computer since I can't see anything on the screen except lines.  Anyone else had this problem?
