Serial key problem

I keep entewring my serial key in the little form to update sins of a solar empire, but it isnt working. I tried downloading the stardock centeral thing and it said update to version 1.05 or something like that. I am on version like 1.00 and i wanna update. So i clicked update and it still wont work! it says it is invalid, please check serial number if it is entered correctly! but i cannot put it into this website. What do i do!

If you're unable to register via the website (it's having some issues it seems), go to the tools menu in SDC, choose register product. In the window that appears, click Games on the left, then in the product list, find Sins. Once you've done that, enter your email address and serial code and click register. You should then be able to update; if not, contact [email protected].
