Keeps telling me that it's unregistered

ok this is what is stopping me from joining the online sensation. I keep trying to make an account so I can get the updates to play online but the issue with this is that it keeps telling me that I do not have my game registered. Sadly this is why i've made freaken 50 accounts trying to get it registered but noooo it just hates me. Can someone help me before I throw this game out the window and light it on fire?

The registration page seems to be having issues--try using Impulse to register and update instead.

Once you have Impulse installed, log in with your forum account. After the main window comes up, click the icon in the top right that looks like a small window to get to the registrations page, where you can enter your serial.

So i have stardock central and now i need this other program as well in order to get updates? I registered my retail copy and replied to the e-mail to accept the registration but it says I'm not registered. :(

Okay, so Impulse used my Stardock central account by default but I didn't know it would do that so i registered my SoaSE game under a new account. Is that a problem?

Either one will do the job, Impulse is just a newer system that will be replacing SDC in the future.

If you registered the game to the wrong account, you can contact [email protected] and request them to merge that account to the one you want it on. It shouldn't be a problem though if that's the only product you have registered with us; just use that new account instead of the previous one you made.

Well, the registration web site seems to be working now. I'm downloading the patch. Thanks for the quick reply. Stardock is great at customer relations, as always. Thanks again Kryo.
