Disconnected from Ironclad online?

I have been trying to play sins of a solar empire online for the past two weeks but it says im disconnected from ironclad online when i try to log in. Is there any way I can fix this?

Yea i keep having the same problem ive been trying now for 1 week and every time same message Disconnected from Ironclad online and than it just goes back and wants me to put in my username a pass so i do and it happens over and over i have even did all of the steps in monks guide and it still happens do you guys think a uninstall and reinstall will help at all.

No install and reinstall doesnt work cause I installed this game on 4 different computers and it still says disconnected.

If you get a disconnect message immediately when you try to log in, you most likely have a firewall blocking it. Try running the game in windowed mode so you can see if you have a firewall program popping up a authorization prompt in the background when you log on.
