Can't seem to figure out the victory condition: get some/all ships to X:4, Y:0. I figured these are map coordinates but no luck so far. Thanks!

If you were trying to go to actual tile 4, 0, try going to sector 4, 0 instead (the sector coordinates are listed at the top of the screen). Confusingly, the 0,0 coordinate of the tile count and sector count are at opposite corners of the map (not sure how that happened...).
