Help with reinstall please

My pc is acting quirky. It is about time to reinstall windows. I have all my music on an eSATA, all my programs on the 600gb RAID 5 array, and my os on the raptor 150. What should I do? What should I backup to ensure all of my settings are as they were before the OS reinstall?
