Windows key combo fires after unlocking computer

After unlocking both the primary (Windows Vista) and secondary (windows xp) machines I noticed that on the primary machine the "windows key" action has fired. Meaning, that when you press Windows Key and they press the "d" key it will display the desktop. There are several of these key combinations I use all the time. one in paticular is Win+S for a screen capture into Microsoft One Note. So after unlocking I can simply press any one of the keys (like s) and it will appear like I have alreay pressed the windows key. This will continue to happen each time I press one key (S for screen shot, P for print, D for desktop, etc) until I press the windows key again. I usually find this out to late because I will unlock the computer, then start typing an email when everythign all fires off at once. Anyways, this started to happen about a week ago just randomely, but now it happens every single time I unlock... Any ideas or settings I can check?

Thanks

Are you trying to unlock the primary or the secondary?
And are you using {C-A-D}?

Thanks for your reply.
I am one step past that, I have already unlocked the machine when this happens (although it is right after).

So I get back to my desk after a break.
I hover over primary screen (vista, not joined to domain) I enter password and hit enter.
I hover over secondary, pretty cont+alt+back to unlock secondary, entery password and hit enter.

Now, I move back to primary, I can open up notepad (or what ever) and I can start typing something, but every letter that would be a combo fires off.
Example.
Say I want to type in "where is my pen".
as soon as I get to e, explorer will open, then the run window for r, then screenshot for s.

All I have to do is hit the windows key once and it goes away, but every single time I unlock I get this behavior.
This does not happen if I am not running multipliciy.

Thanks
