Starbases

Hi guys, I got the entire Galactic Civ package today and i'm giving it a good nudge. The one thing thate escapes me sofar is with starbases, they have - 1,2 or 3 moduals available but I can't seem to click on anything to assign / build them (if thats what I am ment to do) any help appreciated!

You have to take another constructor to the starbase, and then a pop-up will . . . pop up . . . and say something along the lines of "Do want to upgrade this bad boy?" You click yes, it gives you the upgrade options.

Thanks SanChonino, I have another reguarding the campaign. I've taken over all the enemy planets in the first mission but i'm unable to touch the dread lord, am I missing something? I've looked around and i'm sure i've not missed planet as the enemy has no border - aprt from the DL who I can't seem to touch.

Any help appreciated!
