Where is the serial number located on the box

It should be on a white sticker located above where the CD is. Remember you have to put in your own hyphens into the serial number for it to register properly.

Also, If you bought the game from a store that removes the discs and gives them to you at purchase (EB, Gamestop, etc), they may also have removed the serial sticker and forgot to give it to you with the discs. If that's your case, contact the store first. If not, then contact [email protected] about the missing sticker (you will need to give photographic proof of purchase to obtain a new serial).
