Active programs won't show up in objectbar?

I use the developer skin and the active programs (like volume control, wireless, etc) section is blank. You can still right click and everything but the icons are invisible. It just suddenly happended. I tried switching skins but its all the same.

On the windows taskbar the icons are there.

Help?!?

What have you changed?
Delete the element and add it back in (if you can)
