my computer says I can only change it with .theme

Evidently you do not have Stardock's Windowblinds software installed fujyoshi. You cannot apply any of the Windowblinds skins here on the site without it being installed first. You can download a 30 day trial version of it here: ( https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/downloads.asp )
