Inconsistent info on TotA requirements

Galciv2.com shows two different sysreqs for Twilight of the Arnor.
https://www.galciv2.com/Purchase.aspx says that the minimum is a Pentium 4 1.5GHz or equivalent processor with 512MB RAM, 128MB DirectX 9.0c compatible video card.
https://forums.galciv2.com/310173 claims the following: Windows XP or Windows Vista on a 1 GHz PC with a DirectX 9 capable video card, at least 64MB of video memory. Recommend 1 gigabyte of total system memory.
Which one is correct?
Judging by the discussions on the forums I feel quite safe buying TotA (with a PIII 1.5GHz with a crappy integrated Intel video card, and it runs DA reasonably on 512Mb system memory, and I'll soon have 1,2Gb), but it'd be more convenient to make the decision based on official reqs
