How do I create a custom map

Does anyone know how to create a custom map? I got the new expansion and can't find the map editor anywhere.

The editor is accessible via the Tools button in the launcher, or can be found in GalCiv2\Twilight\Tools where your GC2 is installed.

Use the "TALaunch" rather then the "Gal Civ 2 ToA" shortcut.
