Dark Avatar/Twilight of the Arnor download problem

I recently purchased the Dark Avatar/Twilight of the Arnor digital purchase. I received the reciept and serial numbers, downloaded stardock central, and registered both games. It tells me both games were succesfully registered, but when I look to download them, the games aren't listed in the "purchased software" section of the games tab. I have noticed my copy of Sin of a Solar empire game is listed, which I bought in disk form. I've looked all through these forums, but can't find a situation similar to what I am experiancing. What gives? Am I doing something wrong, or is there a bug?

I have nearly similar problem, but i even can't receive any e-mails from Stardock. I have wrote to their sales address to change my e-mail to another one. Still no answer fo far.

Anyway after some explorations i think you should go to:
https://www.stardock.com/support/
and enter your e-mail address, think you'll receive e-mail with download link or something...

And can you please post a reply here if it'll help you. Hope they'll change my e-mail tomorrow, so i'll can download the game at last :).

You can use the chat function in SDC many of the Devs like Cari_Elf and Frogboy can be found there almost all the time. Other helpful Stardock people can be found there as well like Darth Kryo. You may want to uninstall SDC and try a reinstall to see if it works or install Impulse http://storage.stardock.com/files/Impulse_setup.exe

IRC is the most direct way to contact Stardock personnel for questions and support. Just use the chat function in SDC.

I downloaded Impulse, and sure enough there the games were, I downloaded them fine. Thanks Onikazi. Still don't know why stardock central wasn't listing them.

You can actually change your account email yourself via the My Account link at the top of this page, then to Stardock Account.

Thanks for your reply, but I can't change e-mail address because it is another Account. I have created it with different e-mail address.

I can't receive any e-mails from Stardock on e-mail address with which I purchased the game (seems it is blocked by e-mail provider's internal spam filter). Stardock Account doesn't work before e-mail validation, so I simply don't know what to do.

I have registered the game from this account and downloading it using Impulse, but still need to change my order address.

Alright, if you can't email support then, you can submit a ticket directly through this page. Just click next, then fill out the form and submit it (no need to log in or register there). You can also call them at 734-927-0677.
