Icon packager does not show up in Impulse

I purchased Object Desktop 08 last night and Icon Packager does not show up in the My Desktop Tab in the Impulse software to download it. Also the link to download objectdesktop_2008.exe in the email receipt does not work. I sent an email to Stardock about it, but thought i would post my situation here as well in hope that someone may have a solution...
