Need Help: Command Line Parameters

Hey guys, I'm new to using ObjectDock. Lovie it so far but one thing is really becoming bothersome. I cant figure out how to add command line parameters to my icons. Also, I can't figure out how to set it to run my programs as an Administrator by default. I'd really like to figure out the command lines since I run a lot of games in custom resolutions, skip intro movies, enable developer consoles, etc. Any help?

Right click on one of your shortcuts.
Choose the bottom option "Dock Entry Properties"
Add your arguments int the third field

Also, I can't figure out how to set it to run my programs as an Administrator by default
