Cant seem to get mods working

Well everytime ive tried to "enable" the mod the game freezes and I get a min dump message. Any ideas?

Im using the blacknight mod on sins version 1.04 ive gotten other mods to work but the blacknight mod.

NM guys I got it seems I somehow I dowloaded the first version instead of the 1.2 version of bailknight mod thanks for trying to help anyways
