I just checked out that site,hemanherecomes. I see no problems using public domain photos,it says you can use them for a commercial purposes. Giving them away or modifying and redistributing should be ok. ;)

Public domain or not....it'd be a good habit to get into to credit the source/origin of any wall/image you use for whatever purpose.

There WILL come a time when someone questions where you got one....because they may see it on another site and assume there is a copyright issue.

Showing the source of yours will negate that, and even if there is an issue with your source's rights to them...you're safe as you can show it is THEIR problem, not yours....;)

Bottom line....credit the source, no matter what, who or where....;)
