Ok, So im trying to create a galaxy, I dont realy need the total control that the special editor uses. All I realy need is to figure out what each of the option on the designer do.  I want to make the space lanes and distance between the stars short as possible but I am not sure which slide bar does this or which makes them shorter, red or green?

If there is a FAQ on this I have missed it, Could someone please help a guy out here. Ive been experimenting and havnt noticed a much of a difference. I made one map that literaly took over an hour to hop between stars and the ships still hadnt gotten even half way there so I was doing something REALY wrong but im not sure what.

Anyone have any tips on keeping the distance between planets and stars low, I dont want it taking more than 5 minutes between any 2 places.
