We must promote our self-esteem instead of twisting ourselves into emotional pretzels and draining our energies by colluding with the media's damaging images and distorted projections. It's time to speak up for self-acceptance and to provide mutual support for each other instead of simply accepting competition as the only viable societal model. It's time to get out the stuff that's stuck inside!
