just me

i am terribly depressed today. i hate it when i get in these funks. so hard to even get a foothold in this cold desolate pitch black pit, i liken it to a black hole. all gets crushed to a singular point.
but as is my way i will fight the nothingness that threatens my every breath hope dream belief....
i was able to wake and get up...that in and of itself seems like nothing....unless the black nothing encroaches....
but with daily routine do i drive the shadows back....
til another day they dare to try engulf my entire being...
mind heart and soul...
these are mine and mine alone forever more...
