My computer is now very slow and very jerky. If I use a non-Vista skin I don't have the problem. My Display Graphics was 4.3 and now it's 2.0.

Greg,

You could simply uninstall WB, then turn off 'show pre-release versions' so when you re-install it will not be a Beta.
