Stardock will not update

Hello out there, I had a problem with windowblinds earlier today and after a lot of resoring from archive, then uninstalling and re-installing , I have had to submit a ticket for a activation resett.

Now Stardock will not update, Stardock opens, attempts to connect, then just hangs up, is there anyway I can fix this, all help would be appreciated, it just seems I have had one of those days where everything that could go wrong with my stardock software has, so please help, I'm going mad ;p

Junior you will need to wait till they reset your activations.
This would be the main reason for sdc acting the way it is.

Thanx SGT I think that that is the right answer, its just been one of those days, sorry I didn't reply sooner but the wife had me go shopping ,could the day get any worse X-(

I have reset your activation count for you. You might get an odd reply to your email from support but it is done now and you should be all set!

Anytime! Should you have any further issues please let us know here or at [email protected] like you did. Turn around time is generally under 24hrs even though we ask for 48. Support isn't present on the weekends however everything is responded to in order so it always helps to get the ticket in early. I recommend that on the weekends you post in here as well since many of our customers are more than helpful when solving troubles.
