Jerky Movements

I've had this problem since the last Windows Update. I have uninstalled it but everything is still very slow and jerky. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Thanks.

I have since discovered it is WindowBlinds. It happens when using a Vista skin. I have SP1. Any ideas? Thanks.

Dont u hav backup? Its always good to keep a backup everytime..
And if u hav no backup 1...run system restore if its on/monitoring
2...Download a registry cleaner n clean ur registry bcoz there ll b sum traces of unwanted data of that data in ur registry ...
So which registry cleaners... CC CLEANER n Tune up utilities
download both 1st is free another is trial uninstall after trial expires
