Galaxy Forge and v 1.04

Is Galaxy Forge compatible with V1.04? I am trying to create a new map since updating and I don't see it in as an option when starting a new game.

Make sure you've got the latest version of GF off the downloads page. The first version is made for 1.02 and won't set the maps' versions to 1 so that they appear under 1.03/1.04.
